Do the vacation certificates have an expiration date?
Yes, the vacation certificates do have an expiration date. Every time you log into your personal account to print a vacation certificate, it will automatically generate a 30-day expiration date and a unique ID number. The expiration date only pertains to redemption of the vacation certificate and not the actual travel dates. Once your customers redeem the vacation certificate they will have at least 12-24 months to travel.
Do my customers have to set their reservations and travel by the expiration date?
No. The expiration date pertains to redemption of the vacation certificate only and not the actual travel dates. Once your customer redeems a vacation certificate they will have 12-24 months to travel.
Can I personalize the vacation certificates to have my business information on it?
Yes you can! Each certificate has a "Compliments Of" area, and you can fill this out with your business name, website, phone number, and email. You can even leave it blank if you wish.
Is there an additional fee to print out the vacation certificates?
NO, there is no additional fee to print out these vacation certificates. You only pay your one time licence fee allowing you to print an unlimited number of vacation certificates. You never pay per vacation certificate with our company. Whether you need 100 or 100,000 of them you get them for our very low lifetime licence fee.
How easy do you guys make it for my customers to actually redeem the vacation certificates?
We make it very easy for your customers to redeem the vacation certificates. We provide the website redemption site right on each certificate where they can redeem it with ease.
Does my customer have to attend any timeshare sales presentation?
NO, your customer will not have to attend a timeshare presentation. Whether they are utilizing one of the certificates, using the travel center or taking advantage of the huge discounts with our Condo Concierge Card there are no high pressure sales tactics used or timeshare presentations required. Our fulfilling travel agencies will offer your customer an extension at the hotel, rental car, and even the airfare, but your customer is under no obligation to purchase anything from the travel agency.
How many vacation certificates can my customers redeem?
Your customers can redeem each vacation certificate 1 time within a 12 month period. In other words, you cannot give the same exact vacation certificate to your customers twice within a 12 month period but you could give them all of our different offers, if you wanted, within a 12 month period.
How do I or a customer or employee use the Concierge Cards?
In your private members area, we provide you with a website link they must use to take advantage of the huge discounts and benefits. The website domain and any special instructions are sent out in a welcome email on your behalf which provides all the necessary information.
How are you able to offer these incentives?
Hotels, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments contract with our company in order to provide these incentives and discounts. They offer these incentives to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty.
For example, hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they contract with certain travel promotion companies, like us, to give the rooms away free with the 3 day, 2 night vacation certificate to get people to come and see what they have to offer. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money, and it's a waste of a good room. Although they have lost the price of the room regardless, they can still let you stay for free in the hopes that you'll stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when you leave, after having had a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends.
What types of hotels are offered?
The 3 Day, 2 Night Vacation Certificates offer accommodations with quality hotels that range from 2-3 stars and are in the same class of hotels like Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. The hotels are booked in and around the main tourist areas of the destination. The offer is based on availability, so the hotel the person receives depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates chosen.
The 8 Day Resort Getaway Certificate offers accommodations at 3-4 star resorts. The offer is based on availability, so the resort the person receives depends upon which resort is available for the travel dates chosen.
Can I participate in the program if I live outside of the US?
Yes, you can. It doesn't matter where you live. We are a global company offering Global Travel incentives.
